在当前全球多重危机下,各国环境与发展面临的挑战和矛盾更为复杂和尖锐,此时也正是我们彻底变革旧的发展模式的重大机遇。绿色经济既是解决当前全球多重危机下经济发展困境和维持经济增长的一条新的发展之路,也是实现可持续发展的根本之策。为配合国内“保增长,扩内需,调结构”的总体策略,我们美国太平洋教育文化交流中心和美国波特兰绿色建筑学院联合推出“绿色经济环保短期研修班” 。

我们注重将理论与实践相结合,根据学习的内容安排了生动的实地考察,例如我们将参观耐克公司总部,南部海边公寓,啤酒制造厂,水渗入项目以及索科尔酿酒厂,学习它们对于生态商业的具体操作,并了解有关对于现有建筑能源以及可持续发展的标杆管理。

在学习参观的同时,我们还带你欣赏波特兰绮丽的自然风光,领略其独特的风土人情和卓越的生活品质,感受俄勒冈海岸风情和其当地著名的加工制造业,而且你还会体验捉蟹,捕蛤蜊,观鲸鱼的乐趣,更不能错过雄伟绝伦的哥伦比亚大峡谷和胡德山。

绿色经济环保短期研修班将带给你四个主题:

1. 绿色建筑:了解在实现节能,节地,节水,节材的基础上,最大限度地节约资源,保护环境和减少污染。

2. 绿色照明:通过学习科学的照明设计,采用效率高,寿命长,安全性能稳定的照明电器产品来改善人们工作,学习和生活的条件和质量。

3. 提高水资源利用率:掌握通过科学管理和技术创新来降低单位产品用量,利用优化配置水资源,保持合理调整经济结构和产业布局来实现水资源的高效利用。

4. 可持续发展:学习以保护自然为基础,在发展的同时保护环境,包括控制环境污染,改善环境质量,保护生命支持系统,保护生物多样性,地球生态的完整。

Ralph DiNola
Principal, Green Building Services

A principal with Green Building Services with over 15 years of green building and design expertise, Ralph is widely recognized for his ability to deliver high level green building strategies and forge effective working relationships among members of national and international project teams. His proven record of achieving clarity around green building objectives has enabled clients to implement the most meaningful and valuable solutions for their specific project.

Ralph is a nationally recognized facilitator who leads trainings, eco-charrettes and workshops on sustainability and green building strategies. As a member of the USGBC’s LEED faculty, he also leads workshops on the LEED Green Building Rating System. His workshops are tailored to address the specific needs of owners, design firms, contractors, government agencies and facility managers. Ralph is a featured speaker at national and international conferences, including GreenBuild, EnvironDesign, and PCBC. He has also been commissioned by national product manufacturers to conduct workshops and consult on sustainable materials and their applications, and marketing strategies.



Terry Egnor
CEO MicroGrid, Inc.
Senior Consultant, New Buildings Institute

Mr. Terry Egnor has over 25 years of experience in energy management systems and is recognized for developing and delivering energy systems that work.  Terry has been CEO of two companies that specialize in energy and control systems for complex commercial buildings and is also a curriculum developer, founder and former Director of the Edmunds Community College Energy Management Program Terry has promoted the use of intelligent design and integrated systems to maximize building performance as well as provide additional customer benefits.


Darren Goody
Senior Consultant, Green Building Services
B.S., Mechanical Engineering, Portland State University

Darren is a mechanical engineer with 16 years of professional experience. Since 2002, he has worked as a commissioning and Energy Engineer performing building commissioning, retro commissioning and energy auditing. Darren manages GBS commissioning and building auditing services and helps clients enhance building performance, conserve resources and save money.

Darren’s energy auditing experience includes ETO audits for the commercial sector which involves using utility data analysis to guide the auditing effort, investigation and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and to quantify the benefit in terms of energy savings or operational savings and producing cost benefit analyses.


Eric Bode
Principal, Walker Macy Landscape Architects
Bachelors, Landscape Architecture, University of Washington
A landscape architect with over 20 years of experience, Eric enjoys planning and development of higher education campuses. Beyond that, Eric is especially skilled in park and open space design including active sports facilities.

Vaibhav Potnis
Senior Technical Consultant, Green Building Services, Inc.
B. Arch., University of Pune, India
M.S., Building Design, Arizona State University

Vaibhav Potnis, is trained in architecture, and specializes in energy analysis and design simulation. His work focuses on energy analysis using advanced computer modeling tools and airflow using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling. Vaibhav’s innovative solutions to sustainable systems offer GBS’ clients strategies for achieving enhanced thermal comfort levels and significant reductions in their energy costs.

In addition to energy modeling, Vaibhav serves as a technical consultant for climate responsive architectural projects and mechanical systems and also supports the review of a broad range of projects seeking US Green Building certification including urban commercial office buildings, large high-rise condominiums, higher education facilities and big box retail stores. Vaibhav has also worked as a designer in a Portland, OR architectural firm where he contributed to projects ranging from federal office buildings to university housing and high-rise residential structures. Vaibhav developed his expertise in energy analysis and modeling at the Arizona Solar Laboratory, Arizona State University where he was involved in research and development of low-cost solar thermal systems.


Elaine Aye
Principal, Green Building Service, Inc.
B.A., Interior Design, California State University, Sacramento

Elaine brings a unique perspective to green building and sustainability initiatives. She represents, in her work and approach, the successful merger of the best of the interior design and architectural disciplines, materials specifications, and green building. Her multidisciplinary background and perse project experience, which ranges from residential and commercial development to state of the art convention centers, distinguishes her in the green building industry.

As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council Training Faculty, Elaine is a frequent speaker at national building conferences and trainings, including GreenBuild, NeoCon, and IFMA World Workplace. Elaine’s work as a green building consultant and materials expert is underpinned by an unwavering commitment to improve the quality of occupants’ working and living environment. This passion, guided by her integrity, creativity and accessibility, characterizes Elaine’s approach to green building.
