工作职责：
▪ Responsible for sustainability strategy that has Armstrong ceilings lead in Market
负责公司的可持续战略，以使阿姆斯壮天花在市场保持领导地位
 
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
主要任务（主导或参与）：
▪ Generate sustainability trends and dynamics, establish related database
搜集可持续发展相关趋势和动态，建立相关数据库
▪ Develop sustainable strategy/plan based on robust market insights
基于坚实的市场洞察制定可持续战略计划
▪ Drive implementations of specified sustainable strategy/plan to achieve profitable growth
将特定的可持续战略计划落地以达到有利润的增长
▪ Well maintained relationship with government parties, academic institutes and related group of customers (e.g. architects, designers, developers, etc.) as needed
根据需要和政府、学术机构和相关客户群（如建筑师、设计师、开发商等）保持良好的合作关系
▪ In charge of Green codes and standards
负责绿色标准规范
▪ Seminar and trainings to internal and external customers
针对内部外部客户的研讨会和培训
▪ Support projects which need LEED/WELL etc. input
为项目提供LEED/WELL等支持
▪ Carries out all duties safely and with consideration of environmental impact, understands and works within the company values, compliance system and Code of Business Conduct
安全执行所有任务并顾及对环境的影响。理解和遵从公司价值观，遵守合规系统和商业行为准则
▪ Carries out other duties in the company’s interest as agreed with Armstrong management
经公司管理层同意，贯彻执行其它有益于公司利益的工作
 
Education & Work Experience:
教育背景和工作经验要求：
▪ At least 2 years of experience in green building/sustainability
至少两年绿建/可持续工作经验 
▪ Minimum of BS degree in technology or business
工科或者商科学士学位
▪ Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
优异的写作、交流和展示技巧
▪ Fluent in English
流利的英文
▪ LEED AP and WELL AP is preferred
有LEED AP和WELL AP者优先考虑
