嘉铭中心获得LEED-EB铂金认证
嘉铭中心获奖
2013年9月，嘉铭中心开始申请认证LEED-EB认证。嘉铭中心物业管理公司根据美国绿色建筑委员会（以下简称USGBC）的国际标准，历经数月改善运营管理工作，并向USGBC提请审查认证，于2014年6月正式获得LEED-EB铂金级认证。铂金级认证是LEED-EB最高的认证级别。截至获奖时，嘉铭中心是中国第3栋获得LEED-EB铂金级认证的写字楼。
Jiaming Center applied for certification of Leadershipin Energy and Environmental Design - Existing Buildings (LEED-EB) in September,2013. According to internationalstandard of U.S. Green Building Council (USBGC), Jiaming Center property managementteam keeps optimizing operations and management work and applied to USGBC forthis certification. 由USGBC颁发的LEED-EB认证，重点关注商业楼宇的运营与维护阶段。LEED-EB的目标在于使楼宇运营效率最大化，对环境的影响最小化，更注重可持续发展。运营阶段的改善会直接为租户和业主带来可行的、具体的、可量化的利益。
The LEED-EB certification of USGBC is focused on operation and maintenanceof office buildings. The target of LEED-EB is maximizing efficiency of buildingoperations, minimizing influence of environment and emphasis on sustainabledevelopment. Feasible, specific and quantifiablebenefits of tenants could be achieved by optimizing operations and management.
